1. When do orders ship?



All orders placed by Saturday at 6:00 PM EST ship the following Monday.

Every cookie is handcrafted fresh on Sunday and packaged with care.

“Most orders arrive within 1–4 business days after shipment.”

“UPS will show an estimated delivery date at checkout.”


2. Do you offer local pickup?

 

 

At this time, local pickup is available by invitation only through our private Concierge Pickup Service (minimum 5 boxes or $150).

 

All other orders ship nationwide.


3. How long do the cookies stay fresh?

 

 

Divine Indulgences cookies are baked fresh and individually wrapped.

 

They stay soft and delicious for 5–7 days at room temperature.

They can also be frozen for up to 3 months — just thaw and enjoy.


4. Do you offer gluten-free or sugar-free options?

 

 

Yes! We offer select gluten-free and sugar-free cookies weekly.

 

These rotate based on availability and will be labeled on the menu.


5. Can I order ahead for holidays or special dates?

 

 

Yes — prepaid advance orders will be available through Concierge Ordering and special pre-order events.

 


6. Can I modify or cancel my order?

 

 

Because we prepare ingredients and dough based on weekly demand, all sales are final and orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

 


7. What if my package is delayed or damaged during transit?

 

 

We package every order with care, but once your box is handed to the carrier, Divine Indulgences is not responsible for delays, heat exposure, or damage caused by USPS/UPS.

 

If your box arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly for a claim.


8. Do you accept returns?

 

 

Due to the nature of perishable goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

 

9. Do you accommodate allergies?


Allergy Information


Our gluten-free cookies are crafted with 100% certified gluten-free ingredients. However, they are produced in a kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and nuts.

We take great care and follow strict procedures to minimize risk, but cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

Customers with severe allergies should use their discretion when ordering.
