At Divine Indulgences™, every cookie is handcrafted in small batches and baked fresh to order.

⭐Weekly Ordering Schedule

Orders close every Saturday at 6:00 PM EST.

Any order placed after the weekly cut-off automatically rolls over to the following week’s bake and ship cycle.

Production & Shipping Schedule

•Bake Day: Sunday

•Ship Day: Monday (UPS Ground)

Your order will ship the Monday following the weekly order cut-off.

Shipping Method

We ship exclusively via UPS Ground.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Complimentary or discounted shipping promotions may occasionally be offered and will be displayed at checkout.

Transit Time

“Delivery times vary by location.”

“Most orders arrive within 1–4 business days after shipment.”

Transit times vary based on destination and carrier operations.

Delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Warm Weather & Handling Disclaimer

We package orders carefully to help protect them during transit.

However, once a package leaves our hands, we cannot control temperature, handling, or storage.

Minor settling or breakage may occur and does not affect the taste or quality of your cookies.

Incorrect Addresses

Please confirm your shipping address before checkout.

Divine Indulgences™ is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or reshipment fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is transferred to UPS, Divine Indulgences™ is not responsible for:
