This website is operated by Divine Indulgences™ (a Florida Cottage Food business). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Divine Indulgences™.

 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Handcrafted in small batches
  • Made fresh to order
  • Perishable and food-related
  • Produced in a home kitchen under Florida Cottage Food Law (not inspected by the Department of Agriculture)

Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before purchasing.

4. Order Processing & Production Schedule

 

 

 

Orders close  Saturday at 6:00 PM EST and are baked on Sunday and shipped on Monday, unless otherwise stated.

 

This schedule may be adjusted during holidays or for special events.

5. Shipping Policy

 

 

 

Once your order leaves our facility and is handed to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for:

 


  • Delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Heat exposure
  • Carrier mishandling
  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

6. No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations

 

 

 

Due to the nature of our products (perishable, custom-made, and handcrafted):

 


  • All sales are final.
  • No cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.
  • No returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please email us within 24 hours with clear photos so we may review the concern.

 


7.Customer Responsibility

 

 

By ordering, you agree that:

 


  • You have reviewed the ingredients and allergen warnings.
  • You have provided an accurate shipping address.
  • You will be available to receive your package when delivered.
  • You understand that bakery items may shift or settle during transit.

8. Pre-Orders & Holiday Orders

 

 

 

 

Payment is required at checkout to secure pre-orders.

 

Because production begins prior to shipment, pre-orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.

9. Intellectual Property

 

 

 

All content on this website—including photos, texts, cookie names, recipes, brand identity, videos, and product descriptions—is the exclusive property of Divine Indulgences™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
