Return & Refund Policy — Divine Indulgences™
At Divine Indulgences, every cookie is handcrafted in small batches with premium ingredients and prepared fresh for your order. Because our products are perishable, custom-made, and food-related, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any baked goods, whether picked up or shipped.
No Order Changes After Checkout
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, we are unable to modify:
- flavors
- quantities
- pickup times
- shipping information
- delivery dates
Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
Pickup Orders
Once a customer picks up their order, all responsibility for the condition and handling of the products transfers to the customer. Divine Indulgences is not responsible for items damaged after pickup due to heat, transportation, improper storage, or mishandling.
Shipped Orders
We pack every box with care to ensure safe transit. However, we cannot control the handling of packages once they leave our hands.
Divine Indulgences is not responsible for:
- delays caused by UPS
- packages marked “delivered” but missing
- heat damage
- breakage caused by carrier mishandling
- incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Customers must contact UPS directly for claims related to transit damage or delivery issues.
Incorrect Address Policy
If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, Divine Indulgences cannot issue refunds. Please verify all information before submitting your order.
Allergen Notice
Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, and coconut. Cross-contact may occur. Customers with severe allergies should consume with caution.
